Feedburner issues overwhelming!

Hello friends!

Many of you have written to me
to let me know you are a subscriber
but you are no longer getting
new post emails.

I went to the Feedburner
assistance site and they said
I submitted a post that was
much too long on 6/10 so I deleted it.

That still did not seem to resolve the issues.
I tried to "reset" after this correction
and it didn't seem to help either.

I confess .... I am not sly with the techy side of blogging.

I am so sorry about this!
Not sure what to do.
Any ideas?

Have been online for hours
trying to remedy this
but I am not a computer savvy person
and the explanations
and guides to repair are completely
GREEK TO ME!

English shield-shaped shaving mirror and tortoiseshell boxes found recently.

Can anyone out there help me with this?
Have you had a similar problem
on your blog?

Vintage leopard fur belt was so tiny I wrapped it around
this vintage riding hat!

!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love any input
or direction.
Please let me know!

Thanks so much.
Alison :)

Rupert taking a rest... all this talk of blogg issues
has him baffled too.

Hi Alison,

I have the same problem since the old post that shows on your sideboard! I’ve tried everything. My new feeds will not complete with Feedburner because of the size, it has to be below a certain number. It has nothing to do with the actual size of your post, the photos and text. I’ve changed mine and it didn’t correct it. This happened to me once before but it for some reason has slipped back. I am not getting your new posts, I thought it was my blog! Like you I do not understand what needs to be done to resolve this issue. Love the photos!

I wish I could help, but I'm clueless! You're on my sidebar, so that's how I usually keep-up with you.

I wonder if anyone has had a similar issue with my blog. My readership seems to be way down, but that could be because I haven't been blogging as much as I normally do.

I'll check back in later and see if I learn anything from either you or one of your followers.

(((((hugs))))),
RJ

I'm sorry you are having issues -- and I'm afraid I'm no help as I'm clueless when it comes to that stuff, also. For awhile I was unable to comment on your posts, but today had no problem. I always receive your new posts on my blog roll. Hope things improve for you. Sally

Well, that's not fun Alison! I hope you can get things fixed soon. It's very frustrating I'm sure. I did suscribe to your blog and it hasn't showed up yet but it's on my sidebar still. All the best, Pam

I'm sorry Alison, but no help here. I haven't subscribed, but get your posts on my sidebar. I'm definitely old school and this technology and social media explosion is beyond me. Hugs, and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you...or is it my hash tag I should cross ?? :)

Alison, like many others, you are on my sidebar and your new posts pops us there. I've dealt with feedburner issues for some time. It tells me my feed is too big, but I don't understand how to correct it. It did allow me to add a subscription button, but Feedburner doesn't recognize my blog for Bloglovin. It's all a puzzle to me.
Loving the new tortoise finds. ;-)

Oh my, Alison! You have the most beautiful pictures that I've seen in a while. I love the derby hat, the tortoise finds, and RUPERT. Who is Rupert? I have not seen him before. I miss my days at Georgia Tech when I could get just about anyone to help with my computer issues. xo

I have not a clue. My LINKY links have red x's this morning, so I will just delete that off the sidebar. So much work to do on my blog..like at my fav blogs to the side again. But simply, not enough time for work and blog play. LOVE all of your collections. The belt is a perfect addition to the hat.

Happy Fall!

Hello. I have just subscribed to your blog. I am not a blogger myself, but I subscribe by email to a number of blogs. About 2 weeks ago (approximately--I've lost track!) I stopped receiving emails from all the blogs I've subscribed to that use feedburner. So the problem, I am convinced, is with the feedburner service, not with the bloggers. Emails just stopped coming. When I try to resubscribe, feedburner tells me I'm already subscribed. I believe google has basically abandoned feedburner. I get emails from a few blogs that do not come through feedburner. No problem whatsoever with them. They still arrive daily, or whenever there's a new post. I really miss getting the email updates! And though I'd really like to get your blog by email and I went ahead and signed up, I do not expect to get it in my email. Feedburner is totally messed up. Anyway, just wanted to say, it's not your fault.

Alison,
I try to make sure to seek you out since the email notice of new posts to your site stopped coming, your site is a favorite of mine. I may subscribe using my work email since when I tried to re-subscribe it told me I had already subscribed. I'm tech challenged too, try typing your issue in Google, sometimes there are great answers from fellow bloggers with the same issue.
Xo,
Karen

Hey, Alison! Sorry about your tech problems, but I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I gave up on Feedburner a long time ago. LOVE your tortoiseshell!
