Oh I see several things, actually all of it that is just my style. I have a navy blue Ralph Lauren blazer that I've had for a couple of years, always such a classic and definitely my go to jacket. I also have a fabulous tweed blazer with leather elbow patches that is another favorite. A great sweater, jeans or slacks and the jacket and you are always in fashion for most anyting. I love all of the boots. I could use a new pair. The white shirt is one I would love too. I have one with pintucks and it is definitely my favorite. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love that horse plate also. Hugs, Marty

I love Gorsuch and Gorsuch Home. I can't wait to shop there when we go skiing @ Christmas. We will be in Beaver Creek right across the ice rink from Gorsuch *squee*

Of curse, I like the white shirt - and all the plaid...

I love the look of leather -anywhere it exists. I'll probably never wear the equestrian boots myself, but that doesn't keep me from admiring them and the aura associated with them...

Beautiful goodies! By now you may know that Hunter.com goes to some mechanical company. I love the boots, though! Dressing for cool weather is so much more interesting/fun to me! I'll pass on the plaid fox hunting ensembles...ridiculous! Are they really serious?

Alison -
Thx for featuring my sweet friend, Rebecca at Rebecca Ray Designs. I love these items and am so proud of her accomplishments. She is, like you, the real deal. Her interest in the sporting life is from her life experiences, not her fashion preferences. I am soooo ready for fall clothes. I have a huge bag to take to the cleaners with white pants, etc in it, but it will be a while before I'm wearing sweaters and blazers here in Georia.

I love that Burberry raincoat! Not really in my budget this year though... Guess I'll just stick with using an umbrella. :o)

Love the Tory boots...I'm a big lover of all things Tory Burch.
I love the Spode plate- I've been using the Woodlands and Delamere patterns for years. I never tire of them, in fact I have some Delamere hanging in my bedroom. And you can never go wrong with classic RL pieces.
Great list...if only the weather would cool off enough to wear them! : )

Hi Alison! What a fun collection you've gathered here! I love the Burberry bag with all the belts around it. And the camel coat. It reminds me of when I used to "dress". Haha! I'm 5'3" and have never been svelte, but I do love RL and have one or two things. You can always wear a purse!

Oh Alison, YOU STOLE MY HEART HERE!!! When I first moved to S. Hamilton Massachusetts for my husband's M.A. and Ph.D. studies at BU and Harvard, I fell in love with riding boots. I worked part time at TALBOTS and got myself a pair. We also lived near a polo club and the horses were a pleasure to see. Seeing this fabulous post makes me want to just go back to those days to smell the fall air that ONLY NEW ENGLAND can offer. Thank you for your visit and your well wishes for the new school year!! Well, I'm more of a sweater and jeans girl than a jacket girl now that I'm retired. But I love traditional clothes such as that camel coat. And I'd take any of the handsome boots.

Now I'm sorry I still don't have my Ralph Lauren blazer. Dang! Actually, it was from the 1990s and had those huge shoulder pads and I had worn it to death. Love all the equestrian look. I was a designated seller for Lauren Ralph Lauren for many years, so I still have some of the clothing from that time. I still have the red riding coat with the black velvet collar. I wear it every year at Christmas time.
I still love that 'old' Ralph Lauren/English manor style. Did I say I'm a huge RL fan? LOL
Hugs,
Babs

Hello Alison, What a wonderful collection of clothing! I love anything RL, black, white, horse-y. I will lug my RL bag with the horse head canvas around, until it disintegrates. May I offer a suggestion? The "stirrups" on the frame, and maybe a bracelet - are bits. I love bits as a motif. Thank you for your lovely blog, you have given us many great ideas. SH
