White Christmas
More snow fell this morning.
One of those nice wet snows
that sticks to the trees making a
gorgeous winter wonderland.
Hoping you are enjoying this
lovely Sunday afternoon too.
Many blessings to you
and your families
this holiday season.
Thanks so much for following
and/or stopping by
the blog to say hello during the past year.
I truly appreciate it!
May your new year be filled
with many blessings,
good health, and lots of laughter.

It's the little things
It's the little things
that can make your holiday
decorations more memorable.
Little scenes.
Little collections.
Little groupings.
My friend and I were just talking
about Christmas decorating
the other day,
and I mentioned that for me ---
Christmas never goes up the same way
that it did the year before.
Though we may pull out
the same old boxes
of holiday decorations
year after year
things get placed in
different spots
and are mixed with recent finds
or older items
to create a new look.
Is that how it is at your place?
Always inventing
a new way to reuse
the same old things?
Why not?!?
It keeps it fresh.
Makes it interesting.
Kind of fun to get the
creative juices flowing.
I HAD SUCH A GREAT DAY TODAY!
Spent the whole day with a friend,
a super crazy talented blogging friend,
that many of you know.
Will tell you all about her
and why we spent the day together
when she gives me the
"go ahead".
:)
The house is all set.
Now to get some shopping done!

Evergreens -- A look at holiday trees
What kind of Christmas tree
do you usually select
when you bring a fresh one
into your home for the holidays?
There are so many varieties
to choose from!
There are Balsam Firs.

And the Scotch Pine,

If you put up a fresh tree in your home,
what variety is your favorite?
Maybe there is a local variety
where you live
that you can tell us about?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
Have a lovely Sunday.
:)
