Vintage at the Back Door

This is the scene at the back door this holiday season.

A vintage wooden sled, some vintage metal snowshoes
I found on Ebay last month, an old lard tin
turned Christmas tree pot, and some vintage skis.

They are all sitting with a new but vintage-inspired
destination bus blind that I bought last year
from a dealer on Etsy. He customized some of the
destinations for me. Lots of Christmas references there!

Unusual, aren't they?

I am REALLY enjoying all of your blogs,
getting inspiration
in every photo you have posted.
Thanks for sharing!

Looking forward to some time off from my job
over the holidays so I can catch up and take in
all the glorious holiday decor
I have been missing!

Thanks for stopping by today.

  18. I want to come to your house for Christmas. I chuckled when I saw your vintage snowshoes because when my blog partner/daughter and her new husband bought their home last year in Syracuse, they promptly got five feet of snow. They bought snow shoes and used them!!! It was a big adjustment for my southern girl.
