As you might remember,

my front door faces
away from the street.
The farm was here long before
they developed the neighborhood
and somehow they added a street
on the backside of the stables/barn
instead of the front.

This is the side entry
that we use on a regular
basis to get to and from
the driveway and garages.
It's all ready for fall.

Love the urn, I just got a new pretty one, it is purple right now, I have to paint it white, I am going to put a real tree in it for Christmas and put by my front door. I am excited. I was hoping to see the house you decorated, but glad to see your house. Richard from my Old Historic House.

So pretty. Your mums are on your porch with an overhang too. How often are you watering them to keep them moist. I'm not ready to plant mine until after Halloween.

Alison, Everything looks lovely. I love the black urn with the ivy and fall flowers. The wreath hanging in the porch is gorgeous and sweet Hallie looks very happy everything is finished.
