women I have ever met.

She is amazingly creative

fabulous and decadent taste.

Her attention to tiny details 

is nothing short of amazing. 

Though I have never 
admitted it to her,

I admired her from afar 

for 

y e a r s.

She's had a store in the area 

for almost 20 years, 

where she sells treasures - new and old, 

paired with a successful 
interior design business. 

Though I had purchased many items
in her shops through the years,
I had never been formally 
introduced to her
her until last spring
when our mutual friend
Joy 
 introduced us.

is her over-the-top staging expertise. 
Her rooms and tablescapes are magical.

Home tour fundraisers 

are very popular where we both live

 and you can almost always 

count on seeing Susan's creations 

at one of the homes you will

 walk into during one of these events.

I have pulled 
some of my most favorite photos

I love to see her tablescapes. 
Always gorgeous
with multiple layering 
and refined details. 

One can only stand in awe 

when you get to see them in person

 because she has the knack gift

of finding details and treasures

to add to the vision 
using things
that you have never seen before.
Just magical.

Which is where and how 
I made mention of the word

"wonderment."

This comes to mind

after you see one of Susan's stagings.

You think about them for days after the fact
and you wonder....

 Where did she find that? 
 How did she manage THAT? 
and then finally...
 Why can't my creative brain work like hers!!!!?
etc. etc. etc.
